Highly motivated team oriented executive with a successful background in a variety of business disciplines. More than 22 years progressive experience directing the business, strategic, financial, personnel, and sales aspects of organizations. 

Prior to founding FROS-T Sports, Inc, Michael was the CEO for two mortgage banking companies prior to the mortgage industry demize.

Prior to that, Mr. Fitzgerald was a management consultant for prestigious firms at KPMG and Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Additionally, Major Fitzgerald served in the United States Air Force active duty & reserve components for 13 years.  He finished his last tour at HQ US Special Operations Command at MacDill AFB, FL.

Mr. Fitzgerald holds a MBA from the University of Tampa and a BA from the University of South Florida.


Victor "Watusi" Sanchez, National Sales Manager

Instilled with a passion for baseball since 4 years of age, Victor started his career playing Little League at the age of 9.  He went on to showcase his skills as a catcher and infielder representing the Roberto Clemente All-Star Teams between the ages of 11-17. 

He then went on to fulfill his dream of playing professional baseball in Puerto Rico.


    1985  -  Local Junior Olympics Baseball Team

    1985  -  Puerto Rico Professional Baseball League Class A and Class AA

    1986  -  Instructional League for NY Mets at the age of 17.


Victor continues his passion today in coaching AAU Baseball teams.

As a former athlete, Victor is responsible for the national roll-out of our FROS-T product to other high-end athletes.

A successful entreprenuer for the last 12 years, Ms. Hendricks owned and operated 2 service businesses in Jacksovnille as the President and CEO.  She sold both business and is currently providing her executive experience in the North Florida and Georgia area marketplace.
